Mindfulness is the practice of being in the present moment with kindness, patience and curiosity. Mindfulness fosters connection with ourselves, others and nature. When we connect in this way we naturally develop more compassion for ourselves and for the world we live in. These classes are designed to foster curiosity for the world we live in, and to foster our place in this web of life! |
Where- GR Rapids Parks:
Who- All Ages! No experience necessary! 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult
What: Each series will include some instruction, a practice, a walk, an activity and a re-gathering at the end to share our discoveries!
Time: 7-8:30 PM
Dates: To Be Determined- 2 in June, 2 in July, 2 in August
Cost- To Be Determined by Gr Rapids PArks
