During these difficult times we are facing, we need to care for ourselves and our families the best that we can. So, I am offering mindfulness coaching sessions via zoom.
I can tailor our meetings with the needs of the participants and can meet one on one or with a group. Please keep in mind that this is not therapy, but simply using me to help guide you using the principles of mindfulness in your lives. |
Private coaching may be for you if you are unable to make it to a class. And of course, during this health crisis, no one can go to a class! There are a variety of benefits between meeting as a group or meeting one on one. It depends on your learning style preferences and only you can know that. But meeting one on one allows me to target and tailor exactly what you would like to work on, in a style and time frame that works for you. I would love to help you learn and practice mindfulness in whatever format work for you!
