Learning to Cultivate Calm and Ease
Spring Class dates: Tuesdays, March 2020 from 6:00- 7:00 PM
Each introductory mindfulness workshop is one hour long and is comprised of four parts: main ideas, mindfulness practices, movement, and closes with gratitude practices. While each class can be taken separately, it is most beneficial and impactful to take the entire series of classes. The workshops have been designed specifically for 6th-8th grade students.
All classes will be held on Tuesdays from 6:00- 7:00 PM.
Location: Will be determined by number of participants who have signed up for all classes.

You may choose one class or a number of them! However, to get the most benefit all are recommended.

Individual classes: $25.00 each class.
