Mindfulness is available and beneficial for all ages! In fact, younger children seem to be naturals for mindfulness; they do not tend pay attention to areas of interest, and often for long periods of time. They are naturally curious. Learning how to be kind and patience are several of the virtues of learning and practicing mindfulness. These classes are designed for ages 9-11 with the option of parents sitting in with their kiddos:)
